William Penn Award
Different years of branding for the William Penn Award, the highest honor bestowed upon a businessperson in the Greater Philadelphia business community. The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia holds this annual event, and included are materials for the following honorees: Brian L. Roberts, Chairman and CEO of Comcast Corporation; Madeline Bell, President and CEO of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP); and Dr. Amy Gutmann, former president of the University of Pennsylvania.
Branding for each event incorporated elements relevant to the honorees, like the color palettes of their respective organizations, and details including the UPenn shield for Dr. Gutmann, a child's silhouette reminiscent of the CHOP logo, and a custom pattern for Brian Roberts composed of the distinctive shapes of the Comcast towers in the Philadelphia skyline and the peacock feathers of the Comcast logo. Responsible for the conception and execution of digital and print designs including invitations, promotional graphics, signage, slides, animations, programs, and commemorative books.
